Establishing Control with Effective Strategic Planning
The apex body of the institute, the Governing Body, has responsibility for the stewardship of RCM by establishing appropriate governance and risk management strategies to ensure proper implementation of the institute’s strategic objectives.
The board represents responsibility for general management and supervision of the affairs and operations. It also supervises and evaluates management’s execution of Board approved strategies and plans.
The policy decisions taken by the apex body enables the institute in achieving its goal as enshrined in the institute’s vision and mission.
Governing Body
In pursuance of the recommendation of the Regional College of Management (RCM) Trust vide its resolution No.3 dated 26-06-2015, the Governing Body of Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar has reconstituted with the following members as per the policy, norms and regulation of AICTE.
Advisory Board
Eminent academicians, industry experts and corporates form the advisory board, and are responsible for guiding the institution by providing a roadmap for building excellence in the system, process and practices.
Academic Council
The highest academic body reviews syllabi and academic regulations, takes decisions relating to admission, scholarships, extracurricular, infrastructure facilities etc.
Board of Studies
The eminent members use their expertise for designing innovative and industry oriented syllabi, defining the evaluation technique and guiding other academic activities.
Formation of Grievance Cell
A Grievance Cell has been constituted under the Grievance Redressal Committee to provide a mechanism to students, parents and employees to solve their grievance.
Appointment of Ombudsman
An ombudsman has been appointed for MBA & PGDM programmes for the purpose of redressal of grievances of the students, parents & other employees.
Grievance Cell
Formed for MBA & PGDM students of RCM with an aim to prevent unfair practices & enable students, parents, other employees raise grievance.
